• International Clearance - ALL players born outside of the US (even US citizens) need to have approved clearance.  See item in left-hand menu for instructions and forms
• Competitive Team Players Off-Field Code of Conduct  (this is a master form that is kept by the team managers.  The original is signed by all players and submitted to Compliance Officer--a copy is kept with the team manager).  Team managers--will print a color copy (2-sided document, if possible, with code on the front side)
